Gloucester Rugby Academy product Charlie Chapman is a livewire scrum-half who is a prime example of the successful production line of talent coming through the pathway.

Being dual-registered with Hartpury for the 2018-19 season as well as playing A League rugby for the United side gave Chapman the perfect blend of exposure at a top flight level without being thrown into the deep end too soon.

In the 2020/21 season, Chapman took every opportunity he got with both hands and impressed in his 15 appearances across the season.

Chapman has represented Scotland in the U20s Six Nations and as an accurate goal-kicker, he has lots of potential and his skills are being put to good use.
