Club Membership FAQs

• + How do I purchase Club Membership?

  Please visit https://www.eticketing.co.uk/gloucesterrugby to purchase. 

  Existing 2022-23 Club Members, please activate your Membership account. 

• + I am already a 2022-23 Club Member, will my membership automatically renew?

  No. We do require you to renew your membership if you would like to continue your membership into the 2023-24 season.  

  Make sure you renew before 5 pm on 20 March 2023 to save your seat and benefit from the early booker discount.  

   

• + What does my Club Membership include?

  Purchasing a Club Membership allows you entry into Kingsholm for all home Gallagher Premiership League games, any Premiership Rugby Cup, and any European Champions/Challenge Cup pool stage games. 

  All games played in the knock-out stages of each competition are not included. 

• + Do you have any seasonal hospitality or lounge access available?

  Yes, for more information on our 1873 Club, seasonal hospitality, and boxes, please email [email protected].

• + Do you have disabled Club Memberships available?

  Yes, please email your name, contact telephone number and customer number to [email protected] and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss your requirements and availability. 

   

• + What category ticket should i purchase?

  Adult | Supporters aged 26 - 64 after September 1 of the new season. 

  65 + | Supporters aged 65 and over after September 1 of the new season. 

  Concession | Supporters aged 25 and over who hold a student ID, Blue light card, NHS ID, military ID, and defence discount card valid on September 1 of the new season. 

  18-25 | Supporters aged between 18 and 25 years old after September 1 of the new season. 

  Juniors | Supporters aged between 6 and 17 years old after September 1 of the new season. 

  Infants | Supporters aged between 0-5 years old after September 1 of the new season. Please note, Infants must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 5 and under are allowed free entry but must sit on the knee of the accompanying adult. We do not advise taking infants or babies into the standing areas of the stadium. 

• + I am applying for a concession ticket; what proof of eligibility is required?

  If applying for a 65+ or 18-25 Club Membership, a copy of your birth certificate or passport is required. If applying for a Student Club Membership, a copy of the valid student ID or a letter of acceptance from your Education Provider. 

  Other concessions include a Blue light card, NHS ID, military ID, and defence discount card. ID must be valid on September 1 of the new season. 

  Proof of eligibility must be emailed to [email protected] before completing your purchase. 

• + How do I buy a junior Club Membership?

  You will need to set up an account with the junior member’s information and include their DOB. This will then automatically apply the correct age category to the ticket and price. 

• + What is the difference in Memberships?

  The main difference in memberships is the location of the ticket.  

  • Malvern Tyres Premium Seats – Seats in the main grandstand which runs alongside the pitch  

  • Stowford Press – Seating behind the goal 

   • The Compeed Shed – Standing alongside the pitch 

   • Speedy Skips Stand Terrace – Standing behind the goal 

• + Can I purchase a 2023-24 Club Membership in a different area than my 2022-23 Club Membership?

  Yes.  To select a different area, please click here, select the area you would like and complete the purchasing process.  If the seat you would like is not available, it may be on reserve for a membership renewal.  We recommend you renew your existing seat to ensure you receive the early booker discount and check the website on 21 March to see if the seat you would like to move to is available.  If it is available, please contact the Customer Experience team who will be able to arrange the transfer.  All available seats are visible on the ticket site. 

   

• + How can I pay for my Club Membership?

  Club Membership can be purchased by credit/debit card and direct debit. 

  We recommend buying early and taking advantage of our interest-free Direct Debit scheme. The last opportunity to sign up for an interest-free Direct Debit is in September (based on a season commencing in September). The earlier join, the more months you can spread your payments over.  

  Join before 20 March 2023 for the early booker discount.  

• + How will I know if my Club Membership purchase has been successful?

  After purchasing your Club Membership, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address on your customer account. 

  Please ensure that your email address is correct and that you are opted in to Club News so you don't miss any important information. 

   

• + When will I receive my Club Membership?

  Your Gloucester Rugby Club Membership pack will be sent to you 2 weeks before the start of the 202-24 season.  If you have opted for an Access card, this will be included in your pack.  If you have selected eTicket, this will be available to download 2 weeks before the start of the 2023-24 season. 

   

• + Can I change the name on my existing Club Membership?

  Yes, please provide a letter of confirmation signed by both parties and amend the contact details for the new Club Membership holder. 

• + Can I relocate or upgrade my current Club Membership for a match?

  Yes, you can also move or upgrade your ticket location with the Customer Experience team up to 3 times per season subject to availability. Once the Club Membership has been relocated or upgraded 3 times, the Customer Experience team reserve the right to refuse further relocations or upgrades. Please note all seat moves and upgrades are chargeable.

• + How do I download my membership?

  Your membership will be available to download 2 weeks before the start of the 2023-24 season.

• + Is there any seasonal or match-day parking available?

  Seasonal parking and match-by-match parking for the 2023-24 season is now available to purchase through Gloucester Rugby’s parking partner, EST. A seasonal parking permit will be valid for all regular season Gallagher Premiership, European Challenge Cup and Premiership Rugby Cup fixtures. Match-by-match parking can also be purchased. Car parks will be open three hours before kick-off and will close two hours after the final whistle. To purchase, please click here.

• + Where can I find the 2023-24 Club Membership T&Cs?

  Please ensure that you read the 2023-24 Club Membership T&Cs before you purchase your 2023-24 Club Membership. Terms and Conditions can be found in the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions on the home page. 

• + I have credit on my account, can I use this towards my 2023-24 Club Membership?

  Your on-account credit expires on 30 June 2023 and can be used on match tickets and events.   

   

• + I need to reset my password

  We have recently changed ticket system and therefore your old password is no longer valid.

• + When will Club Memberships go on sale?

  Club Memberships will go on sale in February each year.
