+ What is the process once I have submitted my application?
All applications will be reviewed by HR to ensure that you meet the criteria for the role; you may be contacted by one of the team for an initial discussion. Applications will then be passed to the hiring manager for review and shortlisting.
If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to an interview. The interview process may vary depending on the role, but many hiring managers will choose to undertake a Microsoft Teams video call in the first instance, followed by a second round in person. Some application processes may involve an assessment activity.
If your application is unsuccessful, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we reserve the right to close a vacancy earlier than the advertised date. Once a vacancy is closed, we are unable to consider further applications, so please submit your application as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
+ What opportunities are there for work experience placements?
We offer the opportunity for four Year 10 or 12 students per year to join us for work experience, which is a week spent with several of our departments, including Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience. Applications for this should be sent to [email protected]. **Please note we are now at capacity for work experience in 2023 and are no longer accepting applications**
For university students, we link with the University of Gloucestershire to offer placements within our Medical team - please speak to your course leader to see if your course is applicable.
We regret that we cannot currently offer work experience or placements outside of these schemes. Any changes or further opportunities will be advertised on this website, so do keep an eye out if you are interested.
