Please carefully read our frequently asked questions if you have a query about your ticket or your visit to Kingsholm Stadium.

  • + How do I download my ticket?

    Log in to your account on your mobile device or desktop if you want to print.

    This will automatically bring you to ‘My Homepage’. In the top left-hand corner, you can expand the menu.

    Once you have expanded the menu, select Tickets.

    On the next screen you will see all of your ticket purchases. Scroll down until you find the tickets you would like to download.

    Click Print to download print at home ticket

    Click open mobile ticket to download onto your mobile device

    And on Apple devices, click download to apple wallet

    If your ticket is not downloadable and you believe it should be, please email our Customer Experience team

  • + How do I download my Membership?

    Log in to your account on your mobile device or desktop if you want to print.

    This will automatically bring you to ‘My Homepage’. In the top left-hand corner, you can expand the menu.

    Once you have expanded the menu, underneath Tickets, there is a section titled Memberships – click this.

    On the next screen you will see 2021-22 Club Membership. To the bottom right, there is a field ‘See details’ – Click this.

    On the next page you can see the option for mobile ticket or printable ticket.

  • + I need to reset my password for my ticket account

    Please CLICK HERE and select recover password. 

  • + How do I buy tickets for Away games?

    Click here to visit the ticket site and click Away Fixture Tickets. From here you will find links to the individual club’s ticket sites and will be able to purchase within our allocation.

  • + What are booking fees?

    Your booking fee covers the transaction fees charged to us by the credit card company and system transaction costs. There is a £1.50 booking fee charged to each ticket purchased. This is non-refundable as per the terms and conditions which can be found here.

     

     

  • + Is there any seasonal or match day parking available?

    Seasonal parking and match-by-match parking for the 2021-22 season is now available to purchase through Gloucester Rugby’s parking partner, EST.

    Seasonal parking permits are available to purchase at Cathedral Vue for £128 per season, which equates to £8 per game. The permit will be valid for all regular season Gallagher Premiership, European Challenge Cup and Premiership Rugby Cup fixtures.

    Match-by-match parking can also be purchased for £10. 

    Car parks will be open from three hours before kick-off and will close two hours after the final whistle. Please click here to find out more. 

     

     

  • + From what time can I collect my tickets on a match day?

    The ticket office opens 3 hours before kick-off (based on a 3pm kick off) and will remain open until half time for ticket collection.  The normal opening hours of our Customer Experience Department during the week is 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

  • + If I haven’t received my tickets, what should I do?

    Please log in to your ticket account and re-send your tickets. Please check your email address is correct. 

    If you have requested tickets by post, please visit the ticket office on arrival at Kingsholm Stadium with your order confirmation and your tickets can be printed for you.

  • + I haven’t received my confirmation email, what should I do?

    Please log in to the account used to purchase the ticket(s) and check the correct email address is registered. Here you can see your purchase history and view your order confirmation.

  • + Do I need a ticket for a baby?

    No. Children aged 5 and under are allowed free entry to Kingsholm Stadium but must sit on the knee of the accompanying adult. No ticket will be issued for juniors aged 5 and under.  If you would like them to have their own seat and they are under 6, you must purchase a junior ticket. We do not advise taking babies or infants into the standing areas of the stadium.

  • + I have bought a ticket that needs to be collected at the Stadium on Match Day? Where should I collect – the Ticket Office or the Ticket Collection Booth?

    You can collect your tickets from the Ticket Collection Booth which is located to the left of the Ticket Office in the main car park at Kingsholm. Please leave yourself plenty of time as it gets very busy.  If tickets were ordered for postal delivery but have not arrived please go directly to the Ticket Office with your order confirmation and we will re-print your tickets.

  • + How do I purchase hospitality?

    Please email [email protected] and a member of the team will be happy to help.

  • + What time is the Ticket Office open?

    The Ticket Office will open for 3 hours prior to kick off and 20 minutes after kick off. 

     

  • + What time does the Ticket Collection Booth open on Match Day

    The Collection Booth will open 2 hours before kick off until the start of the second half. If the Collection Booth is closed, ticket collection can be made at the Ticket Office.
  • + What time does the Park and Ride open and close?

    The postcode for the EDF Energy Park and Ride parking site is GL4 3RS.

    EDF Energy at Barnwood: The EDF Energy overflow car park offices are located on the eastern side of Gloucester, about two-and-a-half miles from the city centre, just off the A417 bypass.

    The Kingsholm Stadium Park and Ride, coaches supplied by SWANBROOKS and the car park kindly supplied by EDF Energy, runs every 15 minutes from Barnwood to Kingsholm Road 2 hours before kick-off.

    Parking is free and the bus return journey commences as soon as possible after the game depending on Kingsholm Road road closures, and runs from Skinner Street every 15 minutes for a period of 90 minutes after the final whistle for afternoon kick offs and one hour after the final whistle for Friday evening kick offs. The cost is £2 per adult and £1 per child and OAPs.

    Pre-match | the service will drop off supporters at the bus stop in Worcester Street at the end of Skinner St (northbound before the ground)

    Post-match | the service will depart from the bus stop on the opposite side of Worcester Street just past Alvin Street (southbound before railway bridge) – commencing 10 minutes after the final whistle.

  • + What is the address of the Park and Ride and how much does it cost?

    EDF Energy Car Park at Barnwood postcode GL4 3RS. The cost is £2.50 per person. Please note - the park and ride is currently not in operation due to Covid restrictions.
  • + Is there parking at the stadium?

    Unfortunately, there is no parking at Kingsholm Stadium. There are a number of NCP Car Parks within walking distance to the stadium. The Stadium Post Code is GL1 3AX.
  • + Is there disabled parking at the stadium?

    No, all parking is allocated on a seasonal basis. Disabled supporters are welcome to use the drop off point at the front of the stadium but their vehicle will have to be moved and parked elsewhere.
  • + Is there a bike shed at the stadium?

    Yes, there is a bike shed located in the car park at Kingsholm Stadium. Spaces cannot be reserved and it is operated on a first come first served basis.
  • + Am I allowed to bring my camera into the stadium?

    Cameras can be used in the stadium as long as the lens is not detachable and the photos are not used for commercial purposes.
  • + I am disabled, how do I access the stadium?

    Disabled access is via Gate 2A at the front of the stadium (Kingsholm Road end). We also have accessible ramps outside our reception area in the event of access being required into reception or hospitality areas.
  • + Can I bring a pram or buggy to the match? Is there somewhere to store them?

    We strongly discourage you to bring prams into the stadium as unfortunately there is no storage facilities.
  • + Can I bring my guide dog into the stadium?

    Yes. Please let our Customer Experience team know you are coming to the game with your guide dog.
