At the home of Gloucester Rugby, we can provide a unique and unforgettable venue for your next event. Our flexible event space has a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces which can be personalised for you by our experienced team to suit your needs. We can cater for smaller events in our pitch facing boxes while our larger suites can hold up to 350 people.
The venue is located in Gloucester city centre with ample parking and great transport links. We are just a few minutes from the M5 and walking distance to Gloucester Train and Coach stations. We have over 1000sqm of uncluttered, air conditioned, exhibition space with a range of supporting facilities, lift access to all floors and a secure areas for loading in and out.

The famous Kingsholm Stadium has become a favourite venue locally for a variety of private events such as weddings, wakes, christenings and birthday parties. We can help you plan your special day by providing the best in catering and entertainment, ensuring you can enjoy yourself while we leave no stone unturned behind the scenes.

Our professional operations team will always ensure your event runs smoothly and our sales team will be a regular point of contact from enquiry through to after your leave the venue. We are experienced at hosting meetings, conferences, exhibitions and product launches, with our Day Delegates packages making booking with us extremely straightforward.
Dinners
Seating up to 250 people in our pitch facing Captain's Lounge, we are a fantastic setting for a variety of dinners. In recent years we have held a variety of charity events, proms, graduations and Christmas Parties. Our Performance Chef will create a fantastic bespoke menu for your event using the same fantastic ingredients he used to fuel the Gloucester Rugby first team players.
