Dom Waldouck is Gloucester Rugby's defence coach and he joined the Cherry and Whites in July 2020. 

An experienced player, Waldouck retired from professional rugby following a spell as a player coach at Newcastle Falcons in 2020. 

With Premiership experience having played for Wasps, Northampton, London Irish and Newcastle, Waldouck is a key member of the coaching set up at Kingsholm.
