Gloucester Rugby’s captain Lewis Ludlow leads from the front and epitomises everything Cherry and White.
Ludlow has proved to be a dependable member of the backrow, playing in 21 of Gloucester Rugby’s 23 games this season. His tackle count for 2020/21 was phenomenal, with the flanker topping the stats, making 280 tackles throughout the Premiership season.
In the summer, his efforts were rewarded with international honours and Ludlow became just the fifth player to captain England on debut when he led Eddie Jones’ side to victory over the USA.
